The first part of the presentation gives you a rough overview of the available technologies in the area of network security under Linux. The presentation's main part is about the successful implementation of two projects for the A. Porr AG.
• The implementation of a VPN for about 30 offices distributed all over Europe as well as the gradual replacement of the existing frame relay based solution.
• An innovative solution for mobile users. The users get strong authenticated and secure access to a portal, which allows immediate access to all business relevant applications (Host, Citrix, Intranet) over the public internet. |
